Cereals: healthy or unhealthy

Brown rice. It is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, phosphorus, B-group vitamins and selenium, as well as fiber. But the main thing is that it is low in calories: a relatively small amount is enough for you to feel full.

Buckwheat. It’s very high in magnesium, which is known to regulate blood pressure. Plus, buckwheat has more protein than other grains. It is also a good source of fiber.

Whole rye. Its main feature is the fact that it has 4 times more fiber than whole wheat. At the same time, it is only 100-calories per serving. And in addition, it has nearly 50% of your daily amount of iron.
