Sage Moonblood, North-West, Pilot Inspector or how else did the stars manage to name their favorite children?
Sometimes, reading the news about the birth of celebrities’ first-born, it amazes at times what a vivid imaginations they have. It is understandable that they are creative people, they have a vivid imagination, and, moreover, they often try to be original or to shock the public, but why should a child be named after the city, animals, objects, abbreviations or just a bunch of words? And, of course, Diva Thin Muffin sounds extremely uncommon, but how should the child live with this name?! Apparently, famous parents didn't ask themselves this question. This wonderful selection has caused not only a flurry of emotions, but also one single question: How? How did they come up with that?
- Pilot Inspektor
Parents: Jason Lee and Beth Riesgraf
According to Jason, he chose this name after hearing one of the songs of the band Grandaddy.
Anyway, his son he has nothing left but to console himself that his father has a wonderful sense of humor. Oh yes, by the way, the couple has named their daughter Casper- apparently, she was named after the ghost from the movie of the same name.
- Sage Moonblood
Parents: Sylvester Stallone and Sasha Czack
Are you seriously? Sage? Ok, let's say - naming babies after flowers and plants is one thing. But where did this "Moon blood" come from? And why was it all combined in one name? Why not just name the baby Sean or Mike? Yeah, as it turned out, Stallone is a huge dreamer.
- Diva Thin Muffin and Moon Unit
Parents: Frank Zappa and Gail Zappa
The brilliant musician named his daughters simply masterpiece: Diva Thin Muffin and Moon Unit. He has not commented on the choice of such names for his daughters. But judging from the names of his sons: Dweezil (his wife’s deformed toe he named at the same way) and Ahmet (was the name of an imaginary butler in times of poverty) - it can be assumed that the level of humor in the Zappa family is too high at all times.
- North, Saint, Chicago
Parents: Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West
When Kim was pregnant for the second time, many assumed that they would name the child “South-West”, since “North-West” was already in the family - this is how they called their first daughter. But, in spite of all these guesses, the couple “modestly” called the son - Saint. As for their third baby, she was named after Chicago, the city where Kanye grew up.
By the way, if you do not know how to name a child, there is an idea to combine several letters of the name and surname. That's exactly what Courteney Cox did. She decided not to bother too much with the selection of the name and named her daughter after herself, by connecting the first two letters of the name and surname. It turned out - Coco. Why not? And would you decide to name your child with unconventional, made-up name? And if so, what name would you give?
