Kelly Osbourne is a singer, songwriter, actress, TV presenter and daughter of famous British musician Ozzy Osbourne. Participation in the television project "Dancing with the Stars" served as a powerful incentive for Kelly to lose weight. The organizers of the show gave her an ultimatum: either she loses 10 kilograms, or she will lose the place in the show. After six months of training, refusing an alcohol and harmful food, Kelly lost not 10, but 23 kilograms.
Here are some Kelly’s weight-loss tips:
- exclude sugar, flour products and alcoholic beverages;
- eat proper and fresh food;
- eat 4-5 small meals a day;
- if you really want to have a snack, give preference to vegetables and fruits.
